Maybe, but the funny thing is that after I stopped using pinentry-qt4 
(commented it out of gpg-agent.conf and let Rex's script do its thing) the 
crashes seem to have stopped.  I've been working today on trying to find out 
why I get 2-3 second freezes quite regularly, so that my typing gets half a 
line ahead of the display from time to time.
