I have PackageKit-0.5.5-1.fc12.i686 but the new kpackagekit must not have hit 
the mirrors yet, as I'm not finding it.

I no longer have the update applet in my systemtray.  That doesn't bother me 
too much,though, as I'm subscribed to Announce.
