Hey, i'm really sorry, but i updated sip before sending out the mail, so
everything works for me, and i can't reproduce now.

Basically i had KDE 4.1.4 from updates, thendid a yum groupupdate KDE,
which pulled in the latest PyKDE4, but not the latest sip.
