Some packaged plasmoids from kde-redhat don't work

The following two plasmoids are available from kde-redhat:
- kde-plasma-runcommand-0.7-2.fc10.i386
- kde-plasma-quickaccess-0.7.1-4.fc10.i386

Neither seems to work when it's added to the desktop, though -- they
both just create a box that says "This object could not be created for
the following reason: Could not find requested component
{runcommand,quickaccess}"

Is this an issue with the packaging or with the plasmoids themselves?
Where should it be reported?
