I'm not the person who asked, but I also had the same question.

So then I enabled updates-testing and everything updated nicely....

Unfortunately one of the updates was of yum (and yum-utils I believe) and it's now broken yum.

I can't do squat with yum.

Any idea how I can fix this?

# yum upgrade
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, merge-conf, refresh-packagekit, remove-with-leaves
Options Error: Error parsing 'x': invalid boolean value
