No Akonadi config

Bare with me Rex (its been a long day :-) ) your saying kdepim can be 
built without Akonadi now?, are you suggesting builds without it.

I would of thought it a good idea to keep it as it evolves (maybe PIM 
builds in unstable) 
Kmail will heavily depend on it, possibly KDE4.4/4.55 onwards, we all 
know about this problem which hopefully Akonadi will sort out:
