Name/GenericName entries in .desktop files

The Fedora Pidgin package needs to be fixed. I just fixed XChat a few hours
ago. After years-long discussion, it seems we finally agreed on "Name=XChat
IRC", "Name=Pidgin Instant Messaging" etc. as a compromise. (The real
solution according to the freedesktop.org standard would be Name=XChat,
GenericName=IRC or Name=Pidgin, GenericName=Instant Messaging, but the
problem is that GNOME still does not support GenericName.)
