koffice-krita currently lacks a
Requires: koffice-filters
in F-10.  Oversight, bug.  This will be restored, when/if we ever make 
another update.  Didn't consider this change only worth updating for.

Other koffice releases (F-9 or F-11) don't have this "problem".
