Annoying new behavior (sleep)

Odd, is this reproducible on a freshly booted system?
Are you using desktop effects?

(I saw similar symptoms in early F11 testing, and it turned out to be an 
X driver issue... causing plasma to quasi hang... lose keypresses, dbus 
events.... etc...)
