That's why most plasmoids can be placed on the panel. For those which don't,
complain (file a bug), if they can't figure out a way to make the plasmoid
directly useful on the panel, they need to make it a PopupApplet.

Those just ought to be fixed not to fullscreen by default. Windowed mode
