KDE Fonts on HDMI out

OK, where did this come from??!!!
 xdpyinfo -display :0 | grep resolution returns:
 resolution:    305x305 dots per inch

(note: I'm ssh'ing in, so I had to name the display)

Where can I reset this to something normal like 75x75?
