KDE4 print dialog does not have "Range" option

These features are being worked on and some of them already work fine:

Unfortunately John Layt missed the Qt 4.6 feature freeze:

So the problem is that these features won't get merged until Qt 4.7, 
which is quite far away from release...

Shipping these patches in Fedora Qt packages would break the "ABI or API 
Deviations" of the "staying close to upstream projects" policy rule, right?
