If someone has yum-security installed he/she could use the avisory number for 
updating. Example for F11 (KDE and extragear):

# yum update --advisory=FEDORA-2009-9397 --advisory=FEDORA-2009-9425

But this also don't include relevant required packages which are not included 
by us in the update but a dependency of some packages (eg. a PackageKit update 
in updates-testing).
