Should be fixed in 0.8-0.22.20090815svn.fc11 coming to updates-testing 
asap.

LONG VERSION; seems an early incarnation of this package included an
Obsoletes: knetworkmanager < 1:...  (with epoch)
So, to workaround this, and Epoch: 1 was introduced
