kde-4.5.1 coming to kde-testing

Update to 4.5.1 went smoothly, thanks Rex.

One thing I noticed is that the names of wireless access points are
again invisible in knetworkmanager. I thought this was more a dbus
thing, but was working in 4.5.0 so not sure what happened?
