Hmm, it's hard to tell if this is the same thing, but it kind of looks
like it isn't.

One of the frustrating things about a hidden panel is that some apps
(e.g. qbittorrent) actually *live* there, and don't show up in an
Alt-Tab list. IOW it's impossible to get to them (even though they are
definitely still running according to 'ps').

I'd like to know if there's a "force the panel to be visible" command,
e.g. via plasma. That would solve the problem for me.
