Nepomuk/Strigi issue(?): files re-indexed after reboot

Hi,
I just rebooted F12 and Nepomuk/Strigi is re-indexing taking more than 30
minutes, consuming a lot of cpu-power. (208 MB Storage; ~4000 files in index)
No errors, but slow.
