f13/kde45 related updates, need feedback/karma

There's a handful of prereq updates in need of feedback/karma, prior to 
f13/kde45 update going stable,

* https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F13/FEDORA-2010-16677
(despite bug 615621 not being 100% fixed, fixing 642763 is more 
important, imo)

* https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/avogadro-1.0.1-6.fc13

And, lastly, the kde45 update itself,

* https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F13/FEDORA-2010-16681

(though please test the first 2 prior to commenting/karma'ing this last 
one, thanks).
