Set default background image on Fedora's KDE desktop

What do you mean by "checked it but nothing"?

You have to spin out your own remixed kde-settings with proper theme in 
usr/share/kde-settings/kde-profile/default/share/config/plasmarc - you have to 
package your remix theme too.
