Alt+F3 window menu

I did a little experiment in a virtual Machine using fedora 15-kde +
kde-unstable. First updated KDE and excluded the qt bits, and the menu
worked as expected. Then I  upgraded qt to 4.8 beta and there it is again.
So I would say it's a qt problem, no?
