kdeutils-devel-4.6.0 missing in kde-testing repo

Well I was just playing around with the kdevelop-4.2 srpm for fedora 15 and it 
requires kdeutils-devel as a buildtime dependency, so i assumed this package 
was forgotten while updating. So I guess the dependency the should be changed 
to kdesdk-devel.
