The same for me in F14. When I wrote the previous message I had the same 
problem when updating F14 packages.

yum package resolution started with:
...
Updating:
 PyKDE4   x86_64   4.6.1-1.fc15       kde-testing           3.6 M
...

so I am not daydreaming. :-)

Now it works again. :-)
