How to get Color icons to replace the new Monochrome ones...

I think that that is EXACTLY the page I got my previous (Fedora 13) solution 
from!  I just downloaded and extracted the appropriate file and I will log out 
and back in later to see if it works like it did before.  If it does, I will 
reply to this thread later and mark it [SOLVED].
