ksysguard on F17 Alpha Live

It was included as a dep in kdebase-workspace before for upgrade path 
reasons.  The hard dep has now been dropped.

So, opinions on whether we should still include ksysguard by default or 
not?  I guess offhand I'd lean toward yes (given it's small footprint).
