kde-plasma-smooth-tasks has been FTBFS (fails to build from source) for 
a long time in fedora, hasn't been (re)built since f15.  Apparently, 
there may be a patch on it's kde-apps site, but no one's 
tested/imported/built it yet.

I'll open a local bug to track it.
