Installation woes

One thing to be aware of is that fedup can sometimes hang at the end of the
installation.  This happened to me going from FC17 to FC19.  A manual
reboot cures it.  It is a known issue and the recommended course is a
manual reboot.  However, fedup can take **HOURS** complete, so run it
overnight to be sure it's done.
