The two kcm_input.so are in kde-workspace and plasma-desktop, so 
kcmshell4 (or kcmshell5 when using kde-workspace) won't help.

Plasma 5 is still a little too buggy for daily use IMHO, so I try to 
have a nice KDE4 + KF5 environment (so with plasma-oxygen, 
kf5-frameworkintegration for Qt5 apps).

According to https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Coinstallability, kwin is 
supposed to be co-installable.
But it requires at least a different KCFG_INSTALL_DIR.
