to "http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/redhat/kde.repo". I also
checked "http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/centos/kde.repo" but
it is the exact same file as the redhat one. I even tried manually
setting baseurl in kde.repo to
"http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/centos/6.6/x86_64/stable/" but
I still get the same errors as before. What am I missing here?

I'm sorry I hadn't checked to see if the repos were the same. I suspect
that trying to install the full set of kde packages will still give
trouble, but enabling the testing repo might help.

I'll add this reference to a recent and related post, to bring things
together.
