Under the K menu select the Leave tab and you'll see it under the
Session heading.

Note that the restore is currently faulty as it doesn't reliably
remember window placement or sizes, and all windows start on the first
virtual desktop. I reported this as
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343875 and have had not so much as
an acknowledgment from any developer aside from a link to a similar
report. I'm getting pretty tired of having to reposition everything
every time I log in.
