Copy and save above to a file. Import that file from SystemSettings>Window
Behavior>Window Rules.
I also like these two modifications.
Uncheck Arrangement & Access > Skip Taskbar
Appearance & Fixes > Window Type > Force > Normal
Autostart with following command
wmsystemtray --non-wmaker --bgcolor white
