Fedora 22 updates for KDE Plasma 5.4.3 and KDE Frameworks 5.16.0

Thanks to Fredy's insights I got my system working.

After doing a backup I:

    -- installed muon
    -- upgraded to F23

Everything now works.  I still get the ritualistic krunner crash upon
login, but that's been tradition for me since the beginning ofplasma 5.
