So Why you not stay in F21 ?

F23 is not working better than F22 ? 

what video drive you are using, xorg-x11-drv-nouveau or
xorg-x11-drv-nvidia ? 

The Nvidia 340.xx driver supports  Quadro NVS 140M     0x0429

but RPMFusion doesn't have F23 branch ...
