I'm just gonna copy paste Lennart's response to you from the last thread...
Just replace systemd with KDE.

Doesn't matter how valid your points might be, if you say them the wrong
way then you will be ignored.

Minus the thunderbird issue, which confuses me, it does sound like
"settings not migrated" which is still odd
