request for more visible KDE netinstall

This came in in Bugzilla filed against the
fedora-productimg-workstation, which isn't the right place for it, so
I'm passing it on: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1263565

It's basically a request for more visibility to be given to the
netinstall.

Do with it as you want. :)
