But where are they? I have not enabled any of them manually. 
There is the box to tick in the system tray and it was 
already ticked when the program was installed, so:

Where is the other one, since it says there are two 
apparently running; and

Why doesn't the laptop show two, since I made no changes from 
installation there, either?
