HOW TO INSTALL CROSS COMPILATION IN FEDORA

Hi,

I am doing gtk project in fedora.i want this executables to run at windows
platform also.
Thats why i am using cross compilation tools.

Can u pls describe how to install minGW and other related dependencies in
fedora.
