EL-5 packages bootstrapped (was: Re: runtime, w32api and gcc added to CVS)

EL-5 packages have been built now.  We need to wait for them to get
signed before they will get pushed out to the mirrors, but they're
available immediately for building further packages in Plague.

virt-df lists disk usage of guests without needing to install any
software inside the virtual machine.  Supports Linux and Windows.
