Fedora has mingw-w64 compiler

Hi mingw-w64 users,

This is just a quick note to say that I have added the mingw-w64
C and C++ compiler, runtime, headers and binutils to our Fedora
cross-compiler project.

We would particularly appreciate testers.  Feedback about Fedora-
specific problems with the packages should go (or be CC'd) to
our mailing list -- see the first link below.
