Temporary yum repo should be working again now

The temporary yum repo has been fairly inconsistent over the past week
because of the GCC 4.4 package rebuild. Hopefully now it should be
back to normal, with a full set of packages compiled against
mingw32-gcc-4.4.0 (some overlapping with packages in Fedora).

Make sure you use the new URL:

If you have any repo inconsistencies, I find it helps to nuke the yum
cache first:

rm -rf /var/cache/yum/mingw # change "mingw" to name of repo

Currently the only package which fails with GCC 4.4 is XQilla.

Rich.
