Running "gtk-query-immodules-2.0.exe" fails

It runs for me if I start it from the bin directory, ie:

  $ cd /usr/i686-pc-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/
  $ wine gtk-query-immodules-2.0.exe

I don't think you're supposed to run this binary anyway.  AIUI it's
only supposed to be used to generate an initial value for the
configuration file /etc/gtk-2.0/x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu/gtk.immodules
(or the equivalent under MinGW).
