Fedora 15 Alpha and mingw32

Hi hpa,

It's true that the mingw32 toolchain in Fedora 15 Alpha is broken. Due
to the mass rebuild a broken version of mingw32-runtime was pushed in
the build trees. A request to un-tag the broken version has been
requested and it has just been approved. See [1] and [2] for more
details. Could you try if 'yum downgrade mingw32-runtime' works for you?
(It should downgrade to version 3.15). You might have to wait for the
new daily push for this to work..
