If that is the case, why are there no i686 builds? According to the Package Guidelines[1] "ExcludeArch should only be set when the architecture is not relevant for the package, the package is non-functional on the architecture, or the code does not compile cleanly for the architecture." Given that a lot of long-term packagers are working on Docker, I'd be surprised to learn that not building it on i686 is accidental.
