[Fedora-spins] Spins Artwork

Hi Bruno,

I've just realised I think I've forgotten to mention this. I chatted
with Mo Duffy at the RH Summit about the spins. She mentioned it would
be great to notify them once the spins for each release were finalised
so the design team can add that to the list to the release list for
artwork and the like. Can you add this to the spin wrangler job
description and schedule so we don't miss it.
