 Our documentation and collection pages should be in the Spins category.
 Other groups can tag stuff as Spins related, so things shouldn't be
 removed from Spins unless it is obsolete stuff owned by the Spins SIG.
 Individual Spins probably shouldn't be, as they should be found from
 collections, so that people will find appropriate ones.
