The owner of the mini image explicitly agreed to this change.

Let me quote you from #fedora-kde:

In other words: You have no idea what it going on. YOu don't read the
meeting minutes, you don't bother to contact the spins SIG and you don't
even have a clue if it was really the fault prelink - but still you
revert the change. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
