[Fedora-spins] proposing French Fedora Spin

Hello,
I'm submitting these kickstarts for French Fedora LiveCDs:

I did them based on the others kickstarts presents in l18n-kickstarts
package, all feedbacks are welcome off course.
So what is the procedure to include them in l18n-kickstarts package ?...
