I played around with an image this last weekend. 

Seemed to boot and work fine. I did notice that the 'install' icon
didn't appear on the desktop, but I mentioned it to Dan and he said he
would fix it up. 

I don't see any blockers on it. 

I can add Dan to the commit group as soon as you give the go ahead.
