[Fedora-spins] groupadd, usermod for Live user in FEL

Hi,

I would like to know if the following steps can be added for the FEL
spin Live user?

  sudo groupadd microchip
  sudo usermod -a -G microchip $USER
  sudo usermod -a -G dialout $USER

If yes, where do these instructions need to be inserted so it gets
reflected when the spin is created?
