http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=9851213 is the last time it 
built okay,  that was back on May 26th, it took over 3 months for anyone to 
look at it. at this point I think the best way forward is for you to submit it 
again fro approval for Fedora 24.  Perhaps others have a different opinion.
