FLOCK IMPORTANT: Book your hotel room now

If you have not done so yet, please make your hotel reservation as soon as
possible. We are charged for rooms we do not use in the block. The block
closes in FOUR DAYS, so please reserve your rooms now.

Our recommended hotel is the *Hotel Diplomat*
<http://www.vi-hotels.com/en/diplomat/>, Evropská 15, a 10-minute walk from
the conference venue. Room rate for a single or double (two twin beds) is
80 €. Internet and breakfast are included in the rate.

   to book a room at the conference rate by July 20.
   - As with most hotels, you will need a credit card to make the
   reservation, but it won’t be charged until after the stay. Cancellation
   between 9 to 4 days prior to arrival will be charged the first night.
   Cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival and no shows will be charged
   full stay.
   - Remember that if you are a speaker who is subsidized for your hotel
   room, you will be expected to share a room.
